Bridgeline 	Probably ($18.949mm) which is ($5.459mm)  less than plan  to come in (($2.8mm) depreciation, plus restated financials accounts for the rest ($3.778mm Q1&Q2 and $3.86mm is Q3 & Q4 ) accounting errors,
